Book Smarter While You Travel

Conference season is in full swing, and Meetify just made it easier to fill your travel calendar with the right meetings.

Our new Date Range Scheduling feature lets you create a booking link for your trip that offers available time slots during the dates you choose. Combined with our calendar sync and location-based searching, it is simple to set up multiple coffee or lunch appointments while you are away at a conference and avoid double booking.

Why it matters

When you are traveling, you need to maximize your connections. But an unfamiliar location and a different time zone can make scheduling challenging. With Meetify, you can effortlessly create a single link with coffee shops, bars, or restaurants near the conference hotel and let Meetify schedule meetups in that date range seamlessly. Reminder notifications and time zones are handled automatically to ensure there are no mix-ups.

How to set it up

1. Click Invite in the top right corner of Meetify.com to get started.

2. On the What page, choose an ongoing booking link.

3.     On the When page, set up your general availability schedule during the week. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you will be in a different time zone, click the link at the bottom to adjust the schedule so it reflects the time zone of your trip.

4.     If you have not set up calendar sync, use the calendar sync icon to connect Meetify to your calendar. This ensures existing events in your calendar (like conference sessions) are automatically blocked off.

5.     Click the customization icon to refine your schedule. The Date Range tab lets you choose the start and end dates of your trip. You can even offer availability right up until you leave for the airport.
