Look what we just scrambled up for you! An even dozen features and updates to make scheduling your next in person meeting an egg-ceptional experience. Is anyone else feeling a breakfast meetup is the move, right now?

Here’s a list of updates in the recent release, followed by a video of what it’s like to plan a meetup with some of our favorite new features. Click on any feature to read more about it.

Check out this video to see a few new features as we show you how easy it is to invite someone to breakfast without the back and forth hassle of “When are you free?” and “Where should we meet?”

Features and Updates Descriptions

Restaurant Filtering

In addition to the restaurant options that Meetify provides, you now have the ability to customize your search for locations to meet by type of cuisine, dietary restrictions or price levels. Plus, you can also include fast food locations if you want to provide a convenient spot to meet, like a Panera or Dunkin Donuts.

Search for a Specific Restaurant

For those times when you already know at least one location you want to include on a meeting invite, we've added a search tool to find it. Now you can avoid scrolling through Meetify's recommended options and add your own.

Meet Anywhere

Add non-dining locations like a house, an office, a park, or a co-working space. Now you can use Meetify for every in person meeting. Go ahead and plan that meetup for a walk on the greenway or a dinner party at your house. We'll make it a little easier for you to build great relationships!

Favorite’s List

We know you have a favorite coffee shop, restaurant or brewery you want to add to many of your meeting invites. Build out your list of favorites and we'll automatically filter them by the type of meetup you're planning and the distance you're coming from that day. That way it'll be super easy to add the most relevant favorites as options to your meetup.

Add to Calendar

Add meetups to your Apple, Google, Yahoo or Microsoft calendar with our one-click add-to-calendar function.

ICS Email Attachments

If you know you want to add a meeting to your phone or Outlook calendar with an ICS file after the meeting details have been set, we've got you covered. We now include an attached ICS file in the confirmation email that notifies you of the finalized time and place of your meetup.

Improved Restaurant Hours

Restaurants that are open past midnight or meetups that go past midnight now have accurate hours listed. In addition, we now allow users to choose restaurants that may be closed on some of their dates, but not all. Invitees will see the same hours warnings the planner does, enabling them to choose a location that is open on the date and time they want to meet.

Restaurant Details for Invitees

We updated the invitee response form to include the restaurant details the planner sees when creating the invite. This additional information makes it easier for invitees to review the location options and make their selection for the best place to meet.

Meetup Invite Link

It turns out many of you enjoy sending the meetup invite yourself, particularly for large group meetups. To help, we added the invite link with an easy "copy" button. Now, you can uncheck the box to "Send email invite(s)" before you publish the invite, and we'll provide you the link to send invites yourself by text or email.

Improved Customer Support

We want to make sure you can move fast when scheduling meetings, so we made it easier to respond to any of your questions. We added some tools for our team to easily troubleshoot common issues you write into support about.

Easier Response After Meeting Is Set

Now, invitees to meetings with multiple people can respond even after a meetup is finalized. This makes it easier if availability changes and they can join a meeting they didn't think they could, or if they were unable to respond before the event details were set.

Global Error Tracking and Logging

All site errors are now tracked and graphed in relationship to site updates made, allowing us to quickly identify issues caused by anything we've changed. We're also notified about errors instantly, allowing us to solve problems with the site even before you let us know about them.

Whew. If you stuck with us this far, you're a true Meetifier. Know that we're here for you, and we're not going to stop building better ways for you to meet in person. The relationships between you and those you meet with matter to us. Now, let's get out there and be better together!
